MARK CAMPBELL, BASS
2007 to current THE LONELY ONES
(STUDIO, TOURING & LIVE)
His Grandfather was a Vaudville musician and his two older brothers are musicians, too. With music in his blood, Mark Campbell was destined to start playing an instrument at an early age.In grade school Mark started with playing the trombone and then the bass by Junior High. Inspired musically over the years by those he's met and many of whom he's had an opportunity to play with. Before Joe Wood & The Lonely Ones, Mark spent 5 years playing in the Blues/jam band called Generation Blue. During the years prior, he was living in San Francisco and enthralled with the local blues scene...playing with SF Bay area blues artists that include Tom Rose, Lane Coker & Big Delta, Allen Vega & Blureality to name a few.

DENNIS GREEN, KEYBOARD
1998 to current THE LONELY ONES
(STUDIO, TOURING & LIVE)
Taking up and interest in grade school, this 40-year veteran of the keyboards is inspired by the lates and the greats... Booker T, Lonnie Liston Smith, Jimmy Smith, Jack McDuff. Today, his personal style and funky solid rhytyms add the soulful groove and "fills in the spaces" on all the Lonely Ones records including favorites like "Dark Days". Mostly self taught by older black players from Baltimore , his sound has added flavor and soul to a number of band recordings, mostly R&B, on the east coast....Philli, Washington, Pittsburgh, and Baltimore.
As a live and studio performer in Los Angeles, Dennis Green has also played with 00Soul. |

SCOTT TAYLOR, DRUMS
2008 to current THE LONELY ONES
(STUDIO & LIVE PERFORMANCE)
As a teenager, Scott Taylor was given a drum by a friend to pay off a debt, which started a lifelong dedication to learning and playing drums. Scott furthers his skill and versatility with ongoing study. "It's all about laying down a groove ...one that allows the listener feel something. Musically inspired by classic bands like Thin Lizzy, Radio Birdman and the New york Dolls and more modern post-punk stuff like Fugazi and Quicksand and heavily Influenced by the likes of like Dave Grohl, Josh Freeze and Jon Bohnam, he hopes to one day eminate one who has no boundaries. A special thanks to O from Fluf and the guys from Full Boar, where Scott has recorded numerous records. All of the Full Boar records are his favorites (and, to include another project favorite, the Whole Hog record 'Debt To Rock N Roll'). As the latest addition to The Lonely Ones, Scott thanks Joe Wood for inspiring him to take his drumming in a new direction and he looks forward to adding his talent to live & studio performance. |

MENTORING JOE WOOD IN THE BLUES
SCOTT LAMBERT, BASS PLAYER - BROHY DALE, GUITARIST - HANK 'HOLLYWOOD'DELUX, DRUMMER
These are the cats that taught me everything I know about playing the blues. Spending countless hours with me in the garage, they schooled me in the lates and the greats of this American brand of music, music I wanted to play from the very beginning and long before I toured with TSOL. I was a blues man in training with Scott Lambert(L) , along with Brophy Dale(C) and Hank "Hollywood" Delux, , they all mentored me and are the real reason there is a Joe Wood & The Lonely Ones.
